For over 35 years, High Tech Building Maintenance has been trusted to care for some of Los Angeles’ most respected buildings and institutions—including the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the City of Santa Monica, and Caltech.
Founded and led by a U.S Air Force disabled veteran, whose entrepreneurial path began during active duty as a side venture cleaning base housing while stationed.
That origin continues to shape our approach—grounded in discipline, consistency, and a strong commitment to the communities we serve.
We do our best work supporting public institutions, commercial properties, and campus housing, delivering services that demand both high professional standards and schedules that accommodate your real-world operations.
